Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Most items are made-to-order, so production begins once your order is placed. During peak times (holidays or special sales), processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

United States Orders: Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after processing.

We do not currently ship outside the United States.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error. Orders returned as undeliverable may require a reshipping fee.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at durkeevilledesigns@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll work with you to make it right.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders enter production quickly. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order is submitted, but please contact us right away and we’ll do our best to help if processing hasn’t started.
