Refund policy

No Refund / All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order is placed.

Most items are made-to-order or customized. Please review product descriptions, size charts, and personalization details carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at durkeevilledesigns@gmail.com. We’ll evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or store credit if approved.

When reaching out, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the problem

  • Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Not Eligible for Replacement or Credit

We cannot replace or refund orders due to:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size, color, or style selected by the customer

  • Normal variations in color/placement that occur with print-on-demand products

  • Wear, misuse, or improper care after delivery

  • Gift cards, final-sale items, or digital/downloadable products

Address Issues & Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned as undeliverable, or delivered to an incorrectly provided address, are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located, please check with your household members, neighbors, and local carrier office. We are unable to refund delivered orders.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly. Once production has started, we cannot make changes or cancel the order. Contact us immediately after purchase, and we’ll do our best to assist if the order has not entered production.
